Educational, religious, and charitable organizations and other groups recognized by the Internal Revenue Service
as non-profit organizations, private individual interest groups, civic and service clubs, and voluntary public service agencies requesting use of the facility for meetings, training, etc. will be charged a non-refundable $15 utility fee if the building is leased outside of normal business hours. Key, cleaning, and/or audio / visual deposits will be required, but will be refunded if the facilities and equipment are left in acceptable condition.
Room rental fees will be waived for the meeting rooms. A nominal fee will be charged for use of the Lecture Hall. The exception would be a group that intended to use the facility on a regularly schedule basis, which may require a separate lease agreement.
