The Records Division is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Records Division is staffed by two full-time Record Clerks. They manage the flow of police reports generated by police officers in the field as well as detectives and other police personnel. These employees handle data entry and records release to the public and other law enforcement agencies.

School Crossing Guards are civilian members of the community managed through the Records Division. They provide support to the local school district by assisting with the movement of grade school children across high traffic locations. Crossing Guards are part-time members of the Police Department who work during the school year.
