I'm originally from South Dakota where I grew up and attended South Dakota State University and obtained my Bachelor of Science in Biology, minoring in zoology. I've been working at the zoo since Spring 2015 and I am now a Keeper II/Vet Assistant. I'm very excited about the bear yard renovation and all the other changes and improvements we have done and have in the works. In my free time I'm working on training my 2-year-old Palomino Arabian/Saddle-bred mare. To say I like animals is an understatement!
