Fee Schedule & Additional Costs

The following fee schedule is applicable to the rental and use of the Lecture Hall and Meeting Room at the Front Door Facility.

Key Deposit: $50 (only required if used AFTER regular hours)

Cleaning Deposit: $100 (refunded if facility is left in acceptable condition)

Local Government & School Groups

Local governmental and quasi-governmental agencies (county, school district, community college) requesting use of the facility for meetings, training, and/or educational purposes will have the room rental fees waived. If the leasing is outside of normal business hours, a key deposit will be required, but will be refunded once the key is returned.

Non-Profit Organizations

Educational, religious, and charitable organizations and other groups recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as non-profit organizations, private individual interest groups, civic and service clubs, and voluntary public service agencies requesting use of the facility for meetings, trainings, etc. will be charged a room rental fee of $30 for the first 4 hours and $10 per additional hour after, plus a cleaning deposit and a key deposit if leased outside of normal business hours. Deposits will be refunded if the facility is left in acceptable condition and once key is returned.

Profit & Business, Organizations, Individual

For profit organizations and businesses or individual events will be charged a room rental fee of $55 for the first 4 hours and $10 per additional hour after, plus a cleaning deposit and a key deposit if leased outside of normal business hours. Deposits will be refunded if the facility is left in acceptable condition and once key is returned.
